Yes, I found a number of threads, and also one who had put the file on another cloud, but unfortunately it was no longer available.

@OneiroDancer - in case you (or anyone else) still need it: here is the official Chinese 6.09.06 TF-card package for the base Hisense A5 (HLTE202N).

It contains the HLTE202N_TF folder (HLTE202N.bin + HLTE202N_1.bin). Copy that folder to the root of a FAT32 microSD card and follow the TF-card upgrade steps on the MobileRead wiki. The upgrade wipes user data. Only for HLTE202N - not the A5 Pro / A5C / Pro CC.
