CloudLibrary is an alternative system to Libby/Overdrive, I take it?

Some libraries offer both Libby and CloudLibrary or only one of them. CL also offers ACSM files, so it's been compatible with Kobo before now, but you could never sync CL books directly to your device before.

Using Libby, you can get .acsm files.

Anyone got this actually working? I successfully got it to connect and got the 'Send to kobo' button. But when I sync, all it downloads is the kobo preview. I'm on firmware 4.38.23552 (not the latest, but it only says it requires is 4.38).

I tried the automated chat, which suggested repairing my kobo account, but that seems like more hassle than just transferring via usb cable.

No big deal, just thought I'd try the feature.

I can confirm I have this working with one of my libraries that uses CloudLibrary.

During the pilot project in September I set up CloudLibrary integration even though I did not have one of the supported devices (Libra Colour, Clara Colour, Clara BW).

I have a Clara 2E and a Libra 2 both running the same version of firmware as yourself 4.38.23552.

Since the full launch on October 1 with expanded device support, I have borrowed a book on October 13 and synced it successfully to my Clara 2E.

I do recall I tried using the CloudLibrary integration in September with my Clara 2E and it would only download a preview which made sense at the time since it was not yet a supported device.
