Save Just the Actual Epub File to Disk?

Is there any way to save just the actual epub file to disk from my Calibre library? I'm doing a Save to Disk > Save Only EPUB Format to Disk in a Single Folder. That comes close, but that also gives me the .opf file and the cover .jpg. I can work with that, but since I only want the .epub, I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

And, while I'm here, I guess I'll ask: why does it give me separate files for the opf and cover? Those items are included in the epub.

Well, that's embarrassing. There's whole section for that function. Sorry about that.
