Pode me ajudar?

Tenho um Kobo clara hd n249.
O ecrã liga, porém, não aparece nada :-(
Pelo que eu pesquisei tenho que criar uma nova imagem ( .img), pode me enviar e orientar?

Eu uso iMac, então tenho q usar o "Terminal", Tentei o balenaetcher, mas da msg de erro. Peguei um link de uma IMG, funciona?

Request for Libra 2 (N418) image
Hi,

After I've removed the SD card of my Libre 2 (N418) because it was stuck in an update loop I found out the card is in read-only mode and also has read errors. Can you please provide me with an image to write to a new card? Thanks in advance!

I sent it to repair and now it does not open in 10 minutes, after itsworking.it also does not connect to computer even thoug it shows it already did connected.

Unhappy Libra 2 Image Request
Hello, could you please send me the image for Kobo Libra 2 model 37NB-E70K1M+6E0 ? Thank you so much for your help! My Kobo suddenly stopped working, so I'm really hoping I could repair the SD card as I don't have the money to buy a new e reader and customer service refused help as it is slightly out of warranty. Hola, soy nuevo en esto de los ebook pero mi mujer tenia uno y la micro sd se ha jodido, necesitaria la imagen para flashear una nueva sd para el Rakuten kobo Nia N306 (37NB-E60U20+4A2) este es el serial de la placa ya que lo he abierto para la sustitucion de la micro sd.
