I'm pleasantly surprised. The items was $16.99 Sunday, went up to $17.99 yesterday, and today is $13.99.

I recently saw a grocery store try to disguise a price bump by immediately putting it on sale at the previous ordinary price.

I clicked on a rather nice-looking desk chair in an Amazon deal email. It was $99. In the next deals email it was $89. I went back to check it out again a day or two later and it was $109. It seems like going to an item from an email gets you a lower price than just searching for it on the Amazon site.
