What stands out is the line

PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'C:\\Users\\vigar\\AppData\\Roaming\\calibre\\plug ins\\ebook_translator.json'

At least there are no errors listed regarding Python issues.

I just installed it, added it to the "Optional second toolbar" and it seems to work on calibre 9.14 under Windows 11.
