Merge Books gives me an error

All of a sudden Calibre wont merge book records - but gives me the following error message:

InjectedHybridView is coming from some third party plugin there is no such class in calibre.

Disable two plugins at a time until the error goes away. When the error stops, you know it's one of two plugins. Enable on and if the error doesn't return, enable the other.

When you know which plugin it is, you can enable all of the disable plugins and then file a bug report in the plugin thread.

Find a search tool that will delve into 'zip's and search files therein. Then use it to search the plugins directory (in the config folder) for InjectedHybridView.

If it is giving that error it must be a plugin that modifies the view, so I'd suggest looking for plugins that do that sort of thing first.

From the names View manager would be the obvious one to check, but I use that plugin so it is probably not it.

Others that might modify the view would be
Auto Datestamp and View
Book List Plus

I would try disabling these two to verify, as they are responsible for the views:
View Manager or Book List Plus

I found the problem - it is cause by book list pro

Calibre 9.14.0
Book List Plus 2.0.2

Merge Books fails with:

AttributeError: 'InjectedHybridView' object has no attribute 'rows_for_merge'

Ah ha!

Reenabled Book List Plus with a hunch,

The problem only occurs when trying to merge with the plugin showing the book covers. Without disabling the plugin - I simply toggled it off - so it showed the normal book list without the covers - and the merge worked fine,

Which is great because I really like the plugin
