[Plugin] Sudoku+

I created a brand new Sudoku game plugin for KOReader. It focuses on using human techniques to create and help solving puzzles without guessing. It is optimized for eink devices.

Features:

• 17 Human Deductive Techniques: Complete logical solver ported from rustoku and HoDoKu logic. Every puzzle is 100% uniquely solvable through human deduction without guessing or brute-force trial-and-error, e.g., Naked/Hidden Singles or Pairs, X-Wing, Skyscraper, ...
• 6 Balanced Difficulty Tiers: Beginner, Easy, Medium, Hard, Master, and Expert, backed by an algorithmic generator for endless puzzle generation.
• Hint system that proposes which technique to use when stuck.
• E-Ink Optimized Display:
  Region-bounded per-cell partial refreshes with zero full-screen flashing during normal tap-and-play.
• Rich Analytics & Game History:
  Track total games, win rates, per-difficulty completion times, and active streaks.
  Identify your most-missed solving techniques.
  Interactive game log with mini-board previews and seed-based puzzle replay.
• Pen & Pencil Controls:
  Optional "Auto-fill notes" and live rule-violation detection. Support for hardware buttons.
  On-demand "Check Board" solver verification with clear strikethrough feedback.
  Full Undo / Redo history.
• Built-in localization support (English, German included out-of-the-box).
