1.6.6 for android special e-ink settings

I spent a lot of time on polishing thigs for this release. You may not see it, but I hope you notice it. I gave more animations, changed the fonts, etc.

I also added a special e-ink section to the settings. It trys to detect if a lowpower or E-ink device is being used and apply settings to optimize performand and the experience.
You can turn off animations, switch to grayscale covers, set how covers load (on demand, or inthe background), set the sync performance to be conservative if the network speed is slow, and set the librabry navigation to pages to reduce screen redraws.

you can save filters now!

Apple devices are stuck on 1.6.4 I'm having some issues making that relese becuase I am stupid.
