Ircchat.koplugin and code.koplugin

On my arc to improve plugins I improvise both of them.
Ircchat.koplugin: had huge errors(just barely worked somehow) and had the biggest problem of not being able to use / cmds for eg if you typed /msg Xbot login, it will just send it as a plain msg and if u had typed your credentials well congo they are know to everyone now, fixed that one now every / command is not send to normal messages but server side so even if u misstype /msf or smth its alr. And added support of client side command /ai like /ai what's the weather in new york today : it will answer using openai codex well ofcourse we need codex.koplugin as backend tho. And we do need to add a few things in that too...I did that and it works for me imma share both files of codex and ircchat don't worry.

Codex.koplugin: pain in ass tbh once the chat grew too long yea you gotta press next button 100 times... well in added a page turner/chooser just choose it. It has backend code for ircchat.koplugin to use /ai cmd in chat. Well now when you close on let's say 164 pqge chat then when you reopen it, it will stay on 164. I think that's all.

Alright well improvising more plugins in future.

Well I will thank the guy if someguy can please report these files to the original creators so that they can update the original plugin letting everyone take pleasure of the new and better settings. And if you are the original guy seeing this post well im just improving the original all credits goes to you for making it from scratch
