Hello,
I was thinking about this for a long time, but I believe now the time for a short presentation of my website came.
Today I will show you my personal project - LibDragon.com
The idea behind it was that a better place was needed in order to have a good bookish place for all the readers. So the benefits of it are that combines most of the best practices and user interfaces into one single entity as well as I personally insist that each book and information about it will be added (even if slowly) by a human and not automated tool in the database, that way I intend to keep the database and the information for each book clean. That's the reason why there are rather low number of books included yet, but this will be fixed with the time.
Also the next intention of mine is that I am trying to do small/big updates on the whole website almost daily and the whole website is evolving almost constantly into something better.
I hope you will like it, and of course if any suggestions occurs I am open to listen to them and fix/do them.

I recently launched a small tool for authors and book marketers who want to turn static cover artwork or illustrations into short promotional videos.

In my testing, the best results come from using restrained motion rather than asking the model to reinvent the entire image: a slow camera push, subtle lighting changes, drifting fog, moving fabric, or small environmental details. This usually preserves the original composition and makes the clip more suitable for book trailers, social media teasers, or launch announcements.

The tool is called Image to Video AI. It supports uploading an existing image and describing the motion you want to add.

One practical tip: keep important titles and author names outside the animated area whenever possible, since generative video models can still distort text.

I'm a heavy reader and built this to solve my own recurring problem: starting a book, getting a hundred pages in, and abandoning it over something I'd have happily avoided if I'd known. A love triangle, a protagonist who's flawless at everything, a series with no end in sight. That information is almost always sitting in the reviews, but reading through a few hundred reviews before starting a book isn't realistic.

So I made BookGlints. You define your own "flags" in plain language, whatever you personally want to know about before reading. Examples: "protagonist too perfect," "forced romance subplot," "cliffhanger ending," "series never finished." When you're on a Goodreads or StoryGraph book page, it scans that book's reviews and shows you the ones that actually match your flags, quoting the real review text so you can judge for yourself.

The part I care about most: it matches on meaning, not keywords. So "Mary Sue," "author self-insert," and "main character is good at everything" all register as the same concern, even though they share no words. It also works across reviews in multiple languages.

A few practical notes:

It only reads a book's review page when you click Scan. It doesn't track browsing or run in the background.
Every result shows the actual reviewer's words, not an AI-generated summary, so you're never trusting a paraphrase.
