yeah I never used the cloud part much as I can remote into my home network using the built in vpn of my router and my phone.

I am finally ready to try this since Google Play "changed" my setting from 'do not update' to 'update with wireless'. And now cc will not work at all. It crashes every time I try to open it. Arghhh...

My hesitation has been that I don't really know what the heck I am doing on Android.

Frankly I have begun to look into non-google and non-Apple (too expensive) phones. Google is becoming way too intrusive and controlling for my comfort.

Having security measures is one thing. Not allowing me to bypass is quite another.

NEVER MIND. I found the apk file on my desktop. Looks like I did download it way back when, but didn't use it for reasons already mentioned.
