help needed: Tolino Vision HD4 Image Request

Hi!

I need help! My Tolino Vision 4 HD (the one with soldered eMMC, no internal SD card) stuck in a firmware upgrade loop, then after recovery mode nothing boots at all. It's stuck on the logo.

I am looking for a full .img dump that I can burn to a microSD card to boot from the internal slot I found on the motherboard.

In recovery mode I only have 3 options:

Start file system

Wipe data

Recover the system

Everything I try fails with "signature verification failed". Your help is much appreciated! Best

Hi,
there are two versions of the Tolino Vision 4HD. Serial numbers are 85xxxxxx and 86xxxxxx. Let me know which version you have, and I'll send you the relevant files.

I cannot find the sticker on the back or on the board. Is there any specific chip or marking on the PCB that helps distinguish between the 85 and 86 versions?

It's an 85xxx version, found your attachement

Hello Waldy,

I hope you are doing well.

I have a Tolino Vision 4 HD with serial number 85073776 (SN85 hardware).

The device is currently stuck on firmware 11.2.2.

What I have already tried:

official update.zip for 11.2.2 → 12.2.0
official recovery
factory reset
multiple manual update attempts
online update (always aborts after 1–2 seconds)

The recovery process always finishes successfully, but after reboot the firmware is still 11.2.2.

From your posts I understand that there are different images for SN85 and SN86 devices.

Would it be possible to send me the TV4HD_SN85_FW12.2.0_mmcblk0.zip (or the current image for SN85) together with the flashing instructions?

I am comfortable opening the device and flashing the internal storage if necessary.
