Version 3.9 sent to AppStore (change covers, abandon books, exclude filters, ...)

This version comes right after 3.8, because 3.8 was in a kind of limbo when Apple was checking it and I was working on 3.9.

■ New features
- Custom book covers. Set or replace the cover for any book, right from its detail screen. Your choice syncs across your devices, and refreshing metadata no longer overwrites a cover you picked by hand.
- Abandoned books. Mark a book you have stopped reading as Abandoned. It stays in your library but leaves In Progress, Up Next, the Home quick actions, and the widget, without pretending you finished it.
- Exclude filters. Library filters for tags, status, and format are now three-way: off, include, or exclude. Hiding every book with a tag is now as easy as showing only the ones that have it.
- Shortcuts and Siri. New actions let you export highlights, sync highlights to Readwise, and pull new or changed books from Calibre or push your changes back, all from the Shortcuts app or a Siri phrase.

■ Improvements
- Books now open on a tap and reveal their actions on a long press: mark as read, up next, or abandoned without leaving the shelf.
- Translation now lets you choose the source language, not only the target.
- Books leave Up Next automatically once you read past 1%, so the shelf reflects what you are actually reading.
- Swipe left on a saved filter to delete it.

■ Fixes
- Fixed a sync issue where edits made while syncing was paused could be silently dropped before reaching iCloud.
- Fixed the sync icon spinning forever after a library scan, and prevented duplicate background sync engines from starting.
- Fixed several widgets showing nothing, and widgets always appearing in English no matter your language.
- Fixed the Look Up dictionary sheet occasionally opening blank or crashing.
- Fixed a crash when translating selected text.
- Fixed the Share Book sheet clipping its edge on iPad, and the Suggest Feature keyboard sizing on iPad.

■ Accessibility
- The new tap-to-open, hold-for-actions control on book covers is fully operable with VoiceOver.

■ Localization
- Added European Portuguese as its own language, distinct from Brazilian Portuguese.
- The widgets are now fully translated in every supported language, with correct plurals. They previously showed English text to everyone.
- All newly added text is natively translated across all supported languages.
