Bindery — automated KCC/kepubify conversion via watched folders (Docker, WebUI)

I read comics on a Kobo and got tired of running KCC by hand every time I downloaded something new, so I built Bindery. It's a self-hosted Docker container: point it at watched folders, drop files in, and it converts them and puts the results in an output folder, ready to sideload. There's a WebUI for managing the KCC settings, which to me was more streamlined than using KCC in the terminal with arguments.

What it does:

- Comics (.cbz/.cbr/.zip/.rar/.pdf) go through Kindle Comic Converter; epubs are converted to kepub with kepubify (Kobo users get proper reading stats, faster page turns, etc.)
- WebUI for all KCC settings with inline descriptions — device profile, manga mode, splitting, gamma, and so on. Per-device profiles if you convert for more than one reader, plus drag-and-drop upload and live job status
- Reads ComicInfo.xml, so files land titled "Berserk #1" instead of "Chapter 1 (2)"
- Drop a flat folder of images and it zips it to CBZ and converts it automatically
- Keep, archive, or delete the source after each conversion
- Supported devices: anything KCC has a profile for — Kindle, Kobo, reMarkable, etc.

If you run Calibre-Web Automated, point books_out at the CWA ingest folder and converted books import themselves. Calibre's Auto Add folder works the same way.

Full credit to ciromattia (KCC) and pgaskin (kepubify) — Bindery is automation around their tools. I'll keep this thread updated as releases come, and happy to answer setup questions here.
