Hi I would like to request an image for a kobo libra 2 N418 please. Also quick question, I'm on windows, I know these os are linux based. Is it more complicated to make a fresh image on windows or it doesnt change anything ?

you send me the 3 images for Kobo Nia :
N306 Nia image
N306_Nia_4C1_Rev_C image
N306_C_Nia image

My "nia" has this number to the motherboard : 37NB - E60U20 + 4A2
I have flashed the first image : "N306 Nia image" on a new sdcard (with USB image tool) but the fat 32 partition is empty. I have download again, flashed again, the result is the same.
Are you sure that the image is good ?

Hi I recently bought a Kobo Clara HD (N249) 8gb used, but the sdcard is almost empty I would appreciate the firmware image for that device so I can try to restore it.

No. The tools used just write the image to the µSD card without worrying about the file systems on the partitions.

The image is good. When I look at the FAT32 partition here, I see multiple files and directories there. See the attached image.
