I've worked the first two days at another location and TBH if it wasn't over an hour away by public transport/bike ride I would love to work for that location.

In our location we have on weekdays during the day two cashiers for the regular tills. One can't work the self check-out and the other can but hates it. So the other only get short periods of time to sit down and work the regular till during breaks or when only one of them is working and another till needs to be opened. And because I'm good at working the self check-out I often work on the "square" all day.

At my temporary location you switch between the two every couple of hour. So at the end of the day I'm a lot less tired. However, my shoulder is now sore because I'm not used to working the regular tills for half of my working day.

The customers are also different. Less drama (though at my regular location it isn't too bad). Mostly white customers and a mixture or those aged over 50 (who buy a lot of booze) and families with younger kids. There aren't any schools nearby so we don't get groups of annoying teens.

I'm lucky, the co-worker I work most with and am friendly with isn't happy at all about the location she's been sent to.

I'd tried a new flour, and leavening the dought 32hrs inside the fridge, other than the 4 that it takes to double. The flours are half Petra 1111 (a "0" kind), almost another half of Petra 1119 (a "1" kind, whole flour), and 150gr of durum wheat semolina.
The pic's ain't too lightly.

@Rumpelteazer: may I ask how it was the Comic Con? Have you seen something new or nice, as upcoming titles?
I'll be waiting for "The Art of Star Wars: A New Hope — The Manga Vol. 1" which was scheduled June 16, but ofc I'll wait the discount.

I enjoyed it, but didn't last two hours. It was just too hot and too busy. There were only one or two stands selling manga, which isn't really my thing. I did wander around the stand of the American Book Center, but they mostly had hardcover editions of fantasy books. There were a lot of stands selling Temu things and a lot of stands selling blind/surprise bags (a lot of it Kpop themed).

I really loved artist alley and the stands of small companies. I also hung out at the Ghost (the band) fan club for a bit. I also enjoyed seeing all the cosplays and respect those people who dressed up like that in 30℃ weather.

I didn't buy anything, but I got several business cards of companies who sold things I like (hand made leather bags, pottery and potions). So I'll have a look around on their websites one of these days.
