For your sugar overdose - my custom Tiki mixed drink.

One individual can pineapple juice.
1 jigger grenadine syrup (Liber brand)
2 jigger blood orange syrup (Liber brand)
1 jigger white rum or vodka (or 1 jigger water for a non-alcoholic drink)

Mix and serve cold.

Leave out the rum or vodka and you have a Blood Orange Shirley Temple. Add the alcohol and you have a Blood Orange Dirty Shirley Temple. The joys of having a mixologist in the family.
