Beta test for new server interface - Page 2

I can confirm this.

The new server does not pick up my virtual libraries. Will only let me create new ones. Would like virtual libraries added to the browse categories.

Firefox does not like the self-signed cert though the certificate chain seems to show all is okay. Finally did a restart and now Edge and Chrome allow offline mode. Safari on my iPhone also wants me to reload the page though Firefox gives me the offline mode is available message.

I'm not likely to use it much so I'm going to file in under oddities I don't really care about.

@gbm: I have added an import button to the create new virtual library dialog so you can easily import vls from your calibre settings

The current default highlight color on dark theme provides very low contrast, IMO. I set it to color:#64B5F6 which is closer to calibre's builtin palette(link). As there is no hex code field I used these RGB values: 100, 181, 246.

Yes, the commit fixes the hidden buttons. And the overlaid text on small posters is also fixed.

I've had a quick play with the reader. Didn't spot anything obvious. But I'll read a few chapters and see if anything crops up. I just couldn't figure out how to call up the TOC.

FWIW, on Android I could access the TOC by clicking the top area of the page, then selecting Table of Contents on the left side of the Preferences popup

Thanks @Comfy.n, I'll give that a try. I did tap pretty much all over the screen, and all I got was page turns. I must have missed the sweet spot.

Just out of curiosity, I tried to access the server on the Kobo browser. It didn't work at first, but then I disabled the authentication requirement, and then the non-javascript mode worked fine. Of course, open book to read isn't possible given this depends on javascript; but the download button is available and works.

Looks OK to my eyes, but more importantly the problem is there is currently a single highlight color that has to be common to light and dark. Using light blue, which is the link color in dark mode in calibre is OK for darbut not so nice for light.

Oh, I see. I didn't know it needs currently to be the same for both palettes.
On some of my plugins, I used this strategy for the scrollbar handle outlines.
