Has anyone dealt with Pocketbook support?

Have any of you had any interaction with Pocketbook (the company) and specifically their support? I have seen some strange and disturbing behavior with my Era color, and wanted to see if it was an actual issue. I have seen things like:
  • While playing the built-in Klondike, the entire reader rebooted (happened on a couple of occasions);
  • How quickly the battery drains, especially when using text-to-speech (find myself charging almost every day);
  • After charging overnight,having to hold the power button for nearly a minute before the device would power back on, after trying to turn it on 3 or 4 times.

The latter just happened to me today, 10 or 15 minutes ago. So I wanted to know if any of you fine folks have had dealings with pocketbook the company...

Thanks,

I have emailed them a few times and they have responded within a day or two but my questions were not for device warranty support claims.

A few years ago, I contacted them about a failing battery on an InkPad 3. They got back to me quickly, had me run a simple test and agreed to replace the battery. They arranged courier collection from my house, transport to the repair facility, battery replacement and delivery back to me. All at no cost.
I should mention that this was an Amazon Warehouse purchase so not technically a new device - they still honoured the warranty.
Excellent customer service.
