It's a vintage megaphone, from URSS 1970s, the pic is from the director Georgiy Daneliya.

I didn't knew that the movie ("Kin-dza-dza!", very weird but imho also a nice one) had an animated remake ("Ku! Kin-dza-dza"), which seems to have a nice style (but imho, again).
