NEW THREAD!!! - What is this person holding?

I searched the internet and could find no clues. And frankly, after my extensive search, I'm flummoxed. The object appears to be exerting a strange force on the man's lower lip, as if attempting to (perhaps?) ingest his bodily fluids. If so, the object seems too small to contain a summation of fluids.

Anyone who can help me identify this object will get a hearty handclasp. (The hand will be mailed in a special container to prevent deterioration.)

Do you have any strange stories of someone holding something that makes no sense whatsoever or is in some way dangerous to humanity?

Please understand that this thread is ONLY for people with a high degree of intelligence. If you post here, then I will naturally assume that you are gifted with intelligence and you know it! Why? Because you made the decision to post here! If you do NOT make a post in this thread, then that speaks volumes for your lack of...well...HOWEVER, do not despair. I have it on good authority that there is a Politics and Religion Forum where those less 'gifted' than the rest of us can make posts all day and all night long! AND, it is only about one inch away from this Forum.

I think the alien would get indigestion if he ate that person. He looks a bit off.
