I'm glad you like CharisSIl. Someone requested a smaller line height and a smaller font size for use with a Kindle. So I create these new versions.

I tested the SLSF version on my PW3 and I rather like it.

Glad you like it. Have you tried the version with the smaller line height and smaller font size?

I'm using the one you said you liked in a previous message. I think thats the one you are talking about which I thought was "SPSL"?

I honestly have not tried the other version yet. I just recently jailbroke my two kindle's due to amazon dropping support for my PW1 and then I liked koreader so much I had to do the PW4 yesterday.

So far I've seen the default noto sans and yours. I've debated installing bookery or whatever the name is. What font are you using for the koreader menu's?

When I id use KOReader, I used the default UI font. Then I used ChareInk6SP for reading. As for Bookerly, it's a slab serif and very ugly. Slab serifs are not good fonts for your main reading font.

On KOReader where I can modify the line of height what’s the advantage this SP version over the original Charis v7?

You get a smaller space for more text on screen.

You can also try the version with the smaller font size to see how you get on with that with KOReader.
