Imported Book not showing via Manage Series Plugin
I've tried to add a new book to a series in Calibre using the Manage Series Plugin, yet it isn't showing up when I click on the Plugin to move it around. Why is this, and what should I do to fix it? The series is now 1000 books long, so does this have something to do with it? This has never happened before.

I peeked (not a Python developer) in the plugins books.py

The columns are formatted 6.2F that is 3 digits, the point and 2 digits.
You could try and change those to 7.2 as a test.

Note: the change will need to be repeated every time the PI gets updated

How to manage multi-selection sort.
Greetings,

I want to say first that this is a very good and useful utility.

I may have missed this somewhere, but I have 17 books that I've selected using both the shift-click and ctl-click method. However, regardless of the method #17 is always on top and the sort is always #17 to #1.

Is there a way to reverse the order without having to drag-drop the items in the correct order so it comes out #1 to #17?

Also, when I use an index to compliment a whole number, it only uses 9 indexes before it flips to the next higher whole number. Is it not possible to have an array that is something like [1.1 to 1.25]?

I don't think you are missing anything.
But when I choose books,I was already series sorted. the original uses the old index and they were in order.
Locking a new index 9with a fraction) causes the next to increment with that fraction.
1.5, > next is 2.5 I found I needed to the lock the next whole number to stop the action
