It does seem to be working now, just got too wait for covers to load which takes a while as I have over 11000 books

The general library db change from calibre 8 -> 9 has been addressed. My understanding is that Calibre Sync is working again for most library types.

For me, using 'Select from device storage' libraries that I transfer with an unrelated tool, it only works properly for smaller libraries.

My main <7k book library mostly works, but Calibre Sync does not reliably see updates to the library.

I've taken to keeping a second small (<200 books) library for recent updates. (Which has its own problems because Calibre's feature to copy books between libraries is very basic.)
