Question: For patch to increase chapter progress chart size, it makes it bars skinny. Is there way to make them thicker?

I see this:
Code:
- ReplaceZlibGroup:
Replacements:
# Top padding is already set to 15px, 25px, 33px, vertical aligned to middle.
# Progress chart bar sizes:
- Find: "#chapterSizes[qApp_deviceIsTrilogy=true] {\n max-height: 56px;\n min-height: 56px;\n}"
Replace: "#chapterSizes[qApp_deviceIsTrilogy=true] {\n max-height: 90px;\n min-height: 90px;\n min-width: 385px;\n max-width: 385px;\n}"
- Find: "#chapterSizes[qApp_deviceIsPhoenix=true] {\n max-height: 70px;\n min-height: 70px;\n}"
Replace: "#chapterSizes[qApp_deviceIsPhoenix=true] {\n max-height: 130px;\n min-height: 130px;\n min-width: 495px;\n max-width: 495px;\n}"
- Find: "#chapterSizes[qApp_deviceIsDragon=true] {\n max-height: 100px;\n min-height: 100px;\n}"
Replace: "#chapterSizes[qApp_deviceIsDragon=true] {\n max-height: 170px;\n min-height: 170px;\n min-width: 678px;\n max-width: 678px;\n}"
- Find: "#chapterSizes[qApp_deviceIsDaylight=true] {\n max-height: 130px;\n min-height: 130px;\n}"
Replace: "#chapterSizes[qApp_deviceIsDaylight=true] {\n max-height: 215px;\n min-height: 215px;\n min-width: 865px;\n max-width: 865px;\n}"

Increase size of kepub/audio chapter progress chart which patches 2 nickel CSS resources (ReadingMenuStatsView.qss and AudioMenuStatsView.qss) The existing patch (unedited) does 2 things:
@ownedbycats, If you also want to change the width of each bar you would need an additional nickel custom patch for a different nickel CSS resource, namely PagingBarGraphWidget.qss. You can experiment with this test patch for your LibraH2O. Put it wherever you keep your other custom nickel patches. Edit the bold, red bit until you get the look you want: Code:
test Change width of kepub/audio chapter bars:
- Enabled: no
- Description: |
Make kepub chapter bars thinner/thicker to increase/decrease number of visible bars
- FindZlib: "#barGraph" # qss/PagingBarGraphWidget.qss
- ReplaceZlibGroup:
Replacements:
# #barGraph - change bar width and/or bar spacing
# Dragon
# No specific Alyssum/Nova/Storm values. Use Dragon values for Clara*, Libra*
- Find: "#barGraph[qApp_deviceIsDragon=true] {\n qproperty-barWidth: 11;\n qproperty-spacing: 3;\n}"
Replace: "#barGraph[qApp_deviceIsDragon=true] {\n qproperty-barWidth: 15;\n qproperty-spacing: 3;\n}"

Not really. The quick-and-dirty test patch only covers a subset of devices - AuraHD/AuraH2O/AuraH2O2/GloHD/Clara*/Libra*. To become "official" it would need to be expanded to include the rest of the Kobo devices. This wouldn't be difficult but @ownedbycats is the only person to register any interest in all the years we've had kobopatch.
This may be "famous last words" but FWIW I wouldn't be surprised to find that the test patch keeps working as-is through any future versions (if any) of fw4.38.xxxxx. The kepub/audio chapter barchart CSS has rarely (if ever) changed since Kobo audiobooks were launched.

OK, I'll just leave it here and anyone who wants it can add it in.

Bad eyesight. This question was supposed to be here:
I have a question regarding the kobopatch.yaml. There are huge swaths marked as Code:
## Does not work Is it just the line below that doesn't work or how is this to be interpreted? Specifically, I want to patch the Code:
Unify font sizes |

As far as I know, that only applies to the patch immediately below the warning.
Since Unify Font Sizes is one of the two patches I use, I can safely say that it is working for me. |

I just had a look at there is no comment that Unify font sizes does not work.
When you see the comment ##Does not work, it only applies to the patch directly underneath the comment. |
