What are the flaws in Moon+ for you? Honest query, I've read hundreds of books using it and it's been better for me than the alternatives I've tried.

Overly complicated settings and poor CSS support.

Ah ok. I prefer to have all of the publisher formatting stripped out and love the extreme level of customisation settings on moon+ (a labyrinth of settings but allows it to cater to exact preferences).

If you like having lots of settings, KOReader is a better choice.

I've used KOreader quite a bit, more than enough to know I prefer Moon+ Pro. To an extent it's personal preference which is the best - they're both very capable for lots of use cases but it depends on the reader which is best for them.
