Getting ready to head out and do some shopping for the family Easter Sunday potluck dinner. Paska is already on the list but a few other ideas are also on my list.

So, in the light of making conversation, what's Paska? (yeah, I could google it)

It's a Ukrainian/Russian sweet bread. IIRC, it's also called kulich. My mother used to make it for Easter and I've kept up the tradition though her recipe is a lot sweeter than the other versions I've looked at. I also use paper pannetone molds to bake it in since I don't want to store the proper pans for a once per year use. Where she got her recipe from, I have no idea—it's not a French Canadian dish.

It's chore day today. I've got the first load of laundry in and emptied my mini fridge so it can defrost (there's a little ice build up). I'm going to take out some trash, stash my drinks in the big fridge and get some cleaning supplies so I can tackle my two least favourite chores; cleaning the bathroom blinds and cleaning the shower drain.
After that more laundry and then I can start gridding the fabric for my next cross stitch project. Technically I'm working on my hobby, but it's my least favourite part of the process (yes, there is pre-gridded fabric, but I can't find it in bright white in the right count at the moment). Depending on how long the gridding takes I'll try to finish my current book this afternoon. |

After some time thinking which device can be proper, I'd guess I've found a good choice.
Since a month I started to buy (within offers) the remains of the deboned fishes; and as on this month there are vary lamb offals I bring home (for the cats) and I was to guess to have them put in a better order on - them - freezer - after having cook them during the night. So quite a time to guess if a meat grinder, or a kitchen robot, or immersion mixer could fit better; got a check at the shop and I was yet within a nausea seeing prices (the second hand professional ones would have been still too expensive for the use case): found that ice crusher, within its thick glass vase. Now I can mix those raw things (that has pulp in it), eventually add extras (swine livers, etc...), at a cost that is less than 2/2,50 per Kg. |

Watching the Artemis II launch livestream with one eye whilst working with the other.
I was in college the last time we went to space on our own rocket and I, for one, am very ready to look to the stars because looking around hasn't been so hot lately. |

Hopefully, they will be able to launch on time since it looks as if the fueling phase is going okay. It's been a lot of years since the last NASA manned moon mission.
