Need Help Converting Boox P6Pro(Chinese version) firmware to Boox Palma 2 Pro(Global)
Hi guys, I am new to e-ink reader and the first device that I have is Boox P6Pro chinese version, I just know that there is international version for this type which is Palma 2 Pro. Is there anyway to convert the firmware to international version so that I can have build in googleplay?
I am not really familiar with the tech stuff but I can follow detailed instructions, in case there is a way to convert it can you please guide the steps including the way to restart the progress in case my device got bricked? Thanks in advance!

The first thing that you can do for us is to get us the libota_jni.so
This will not help you in the least but it could help someone with a P6Pro. Have you enabled ADB yet? Get that working. Code:
adb pull system/lib64/libota_jni.so Then you will need to get conversant with EDL. You can install a custom recovery that can install the Palma2Pro software. |
