I created automatic tags but it ended up creating thousands of collections. They were already sent to my kindle. Is there a way to undo it?

Is there a way to see my collections and dynamically manage them without it feeling like I am using Microsoft Access? I like the way calibre works for transferring books to the kindle but the collections manager is unintuitive and with a lot of broken buttons on the kindle oasis 2. The "import collections from kindle button"in the dropdown is broken as are the nearest two buttons. When I press them calibre just freezes.

Should I try LibrarianSync instead?
