Who has problems with drivers installation in USB/fastboot mode, can use this github link
If you see some yellow mark in Device Manager after step "adb reboot bootloader " and command "fastboot devices" doesn't respond, just run the installer tool from the link. I successfully used it for installing drivers in both USB and fastboot mode on my winddows 7 laptop |

Also be sure to follow the instructions completely, if for some reason you get stuck in a boot loop after flashing a bad boot.img, holding all the physical buttons (power and all four page turn buttons) then plugging in the usb will start fastboot mode. |
