Hello,
my kobo clara HD display is stuck /frozen.
I tried to disconnect battery, re-charge and restart: nothing.
Led flashes but no way to reset.
Can someone send me an image of SD card software + instructions to setup ?

Hi,
my Libra2 got stuck in a bootloop randomly yesterday.
Can you please PM me the firmware files so i can try to reflash the sd card?

Also: How can i know which FW to use? You mentionend different HW models. How can i figure out which one i have?

I tried to use my Kobo for the first time in years and it decided it didn't like itself and bricked itself.

Could I have the image for a Kobo Clara HD, Model N249

Hi there,

My Kobo Clara HD (Model N249) has unfortunately bricked. It stays on a white screen and even after several manual factory reset attempts, it doesn't boot up. I suspect the internal MicroSD card has failed.

Could someone please provide me with a link to the original SD card image for this model?
