There are some keys double in the shortkey list.
If I open the first one, there is no shortkey given, which is correct.
So only the report is affected - sorry.

I found three duplicates and two belongs to AI. Maybe there is an issue with new added function and related shortkeys which are already used by the user.

Oh I see. What your screenshot means is that you have customised the Books by same author shortcut; hence the emphasis on the assigned column. Assigned equals default if unformatted. If emphasised, means customised.

Sometimes I feel "Taken" would be a more unambiguous terminology for the assigned column.

Maybe 3 columns, Default, Custom, Used - I don't like having to peer to see if something is italics, or fathom the difference between italics and bold italics - and it doesn't show in CSV.

How can I exclude shortcuts from the list that are None and None?

When I sort by Action - the list is nonsensical, Books by same author in Sort by and CCR, with a Default of Shift+F5

Well I have renamed it to Current. BTW, I've released 4.0 version, please check it out.

I tested sorting on this latest version and couldn't repro.

Broader translation support - needs revision, all feedback is welcome
Shortcuts tab - column Assigned is now renamed to Current

Good question. See if not current:none works in 4.0. I need to leave in a few minutes but later I will be able to delve more into this.

Nor can I in 4.0

Icon where used: you need to make the comparison between icon name and template code case insensitive, I had one PascalCased. and couple camelCased

Apart from that, looks very good - I also spotted a couple of redundant rules.
