Small request:

When select a book in the Edit Goal, and then switch to other year that has same book, can automatically select it?

Bug fix:
- calibre crashing when opening the Daily graph, due to an update in PyQt
- Fix a bug where some users have an 'All' entry as Year in the database file
- Missing icon in the Custom Challenges dialog
- Recreate the 'Summary' key in the database, when missing
- Make 'Jump to selected book' work in every view, for every year

New option:
- With calibre 9, we have a native 'Pages' column that calculates a page count for all the books in the library. The user can choose this column in the Reading Goal config dialog, instead of a customn column. For most users, this is not recommended though, since this calculation can have errors with certain files, and a value of '-1' is used when you have an empty book (no formats).

One problem is that books that have a lot of graphics sre going to have the page number off because each graphic counts as 1000 characters. So for example, if you have a good with a graphic for each chapter title, the count will be higher then it should be.

After updating to Calibre 9.2 my shortcuts for this plugin stopped working.

Nothing changed in the Shortcuts area. Maybe something changed in calibre. I had no shortcuts assigned, so I can't say if they were blanked, but I can assign new shortcuts as usual, and they work. Have you tried adding them back?

Yes, I have. If I do, they work... until I restart Calibre.

I see. Same happens here. The shortcut is still listed there, but doesn't work after restarting calibre. I'll check this with Kovid.

IIRC, it was like that from the start, but it didn't really bother me.

Very minor and probably not worth fixing, but a formatting glitch when the percent-read is less than the previous one (I accidentally put in wrong number in my calculate-percentread chain).

I'll look into this when I have the time, but since it's not something that interfere with the plugin's functionality, it is not a priority.

Just tested it here and it also happens when rereading in the same year. I'll release a fix soon.

Possible bug with an interaction between Reading Goal and Action Chains and multiple libraries.. I not sure which plugin responsible so I put both threads.

Steps to replicate:

1. In Reading Goal for Library A, have a challenge set.
2. Put "Add to Challenge > <challenge name>" in an action chain.
3. Open Calibre in Library B.
4. Copy book to Library A, and then switch.
5. Run the action chain.

It fails to validate, and when I open the Calibre actions in AC, it shows "no challenges" despite there being a challenge.

That's hard to tell. If you could find a situation where it fails using just Reading Goal, then I could investigate and fix it.
