[HELP] Kindle Basic 10th Gen (J9G29R) stuck on Battery Screen after battery swap
Hi everyone,
I need some help with my Kindle Basic 10th Gen (J9G29R / KT4). This was the second time I replaced the battery, but this time something went wrong. The screen is now permanently stuck on the "Battery Exclamation Mark" icon. I've tried holding the power button for 40 seconds and charging it for hours with different cables and chargers, but nothing happens. When I plug it into my PC, it's not recognized as a drive, but as an "SP Blank" device. Is there any simple way to reinstall the system or "kick" it back to life? I’m starting to lose hope. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! |
