Arctic air has moved out - supposed to be in the 60's F tomorrow
It's cold out tonight - after dinner walk was in 36 F air - but the quality of the air coldness has changed - the arctic air is bone cold even when the sun is shining. This is 'normal' cold air.

After a couple of warm but rainy days it's turned colder. Daytime temperatures won't go over 3℃ until Monday, but today and tomorrow it'll be intermittently sunny. On Sunday it'll be cloudy and some time after mid afternoon it'll start to snow. It'll be wet snow and since it'll start warming up during the night towards Monday it won't stay long.

Normally we'll visit our parents on Sunday, but I know my sister doesn't like to drive when it's snowing, so we'll have to wait and see if that's going to happen.

Both yesterday and this morning we've had beautiful weather, very sunny, but cold at around 4℃, with an icy wind.

Right now (1.30pm) it's starting to get cloudy and from 5pm onward it's going to snow for a while, up to 5cm. From 7pm there's a yellow weather warning (yesterday they said the weather warning would start at 4pm) for icy roads, so we're not going to our parents today. But overnight temperatures are going up, the snow will turn into rain and hopefully what tomorrow morning I can go to work without problems.

40's F, all day rain - at least it's not frozen this weekend

It looks like winter is gone, for now. Although it's currently looking more autumnal than spring.

This morning started sunny, but now, 12.45pm, it drizzly and grey. It isn't cold, 10℃, and by Wednesday it'll be 17℃ and very sunny.

Today's high temperature was 48°F. It was cloudy but bright with a very mild breeze. Basically, a very nice early spring day. The snow has begun to melt and patches of grass are visible in the front yard.

All that changes tomorrow. We're due for a "significant" snow storm. Even at this late point the weather models don't agree on how much snow we can expect. Some of them put my neighborhood in the "4 to 8 inch accumulation" band, while others insist we should expect "16 to 20 inches" and white-out conditions. Nearly all of them are predicting blizzard conditions at the shore, with winds blowing in from the east causing local flooding.

Whatever snow we get is going to be heavy, wet snow (heart attack snow), so shoveling it will be like shoveling wet cement.
