Sorry but no image is available for the Kobo Clara BW since it does not have an internal µSD card. See the motherboard image attached. If you have tried the manual factory reset, there is not much else that can be done.

I have a 8gb sd card. Maybe I don´t really know my model. I attach the moderboard here if it can help.

I think is Kobo Clara HD model N249. Sorry... Can you help me?

Looking at the lower right corner of your images, the 37NB-E60K00-4A4 label on the motherboard does say that this is a Clara HD. A link will send once your PMs are enabled which I have requested.

Kobo Nia fix, i Need help
Hi everyone. I Need an help trying to fix my Kobo Nia. It Is somehow broken, since It got freezed, so i reflashed the OS thanks to the Images, but the problem Is that shows the battery low level screen and It becomes not usable. I of course changed the battery too... Any tips ti fix It? Thanks

I updated my kobo manually and messed up so am now stuck on the vertical line I managed to get the SD card out, is it possible to receive a working card image for this device? Thank you in advance
