For what it may be worth, I tried calibre-web 0.6.26 with Windows and it had no issues with calibre 9.2.1.

Is there anyone who can help me with setup of Calibre-Web for syncing with Kobo?

I have tried to establish this, but I fear I have mixed up some settings/configuration in NGINX...

I don't get the Kobo Token...the field reamins empty.

Got it myself....remove /usr/bin/kepubify in Basic Configuration, then generatie API Token....the kepubify can be added once the token is generated.
