Calibre's polish feature

When I use Calibre's polish feature I can add a "book jacked" (in italiano "sovracopertina") that can contain all the book's metadata such as title, tags, authors, comments, etc.
but I don't remember and I am not able to find how to set the data that appears on that book jacket.
Can someone help me?

I don't see a way to edit what metadata gets used.

One thing you can try is Modify ePub. It has an option to add a Jacket. You can even add the Jacket as the end if you want.

Here is what the Jacket made by Modify ePub looks like. It contains Title, Author, date, publisher, comments/description, and tags.

You may want to take a look at the Inserting a Page at the Beginning of the Book thread which has some information on editing the template used for the metadata jacket.

Yes, That is!
Editing the file "stylesheet.css" I can control whitch metadata Calibre uses for the "jacket".
