My progress so far...
When I started my diet on 16 Aug 2023 I weighed 88.1kg and a waist of 113cm and had the muscular structure of jello.
Today I weigh 75.7kg and a 97cm waist with much better posture and musculature.

It helped a bit. I didn't get above 79kg this year. I'm now having a go at the 5:2 dieting idea, which sounds plausible, using Nutracheck to track how much I'm eating.

I've lost some weight. But I'm not on a diet. I'm just not eating as much and I'm exercising more.

However, my dog is on a diet. He's put on too much weight over the holidays.
