Yes, see Create Catalog tool, you can add it to a toolbar or menu - it's also in the Conversion menu.

The easiest way would be to export a calibre catalog in CSV format and Notion should import it. In theory, you can import a PDF but the one time I saw that tried, the results were not pretty.
