Didn't I find vampires sexy since seeing those old movies with Christopher Lee? And didn't Anne Rice contribute another huge portion of vampire sexiness?
Weren't those the days?

Does no one think about the potential issues for younger women getting involved with vampires?

Why do you think the issues are only there for younger women?

Could it be because they seek out younger human women to turn? Isn't true that, according to the movie My Best Friend is a Vampire that vampires age 1 year for every 10, thus if they turn a younger woman they say younger longer (if she's turned at 18 she's physically 20 in 20 years)?

From what I've read, vampires don't age at all?

Perhaps that younger women tend to ovulate and hence have a menstrual cycle? Or perhaps my age is showing when I see people under 50 as being younger?

Don't vamps prefer to drink directly from the vein, in which case menstrual blood wouldn't attract them?

Is the scent of the blood in menstrual fluid enough to send the average vampire into a feeding frenzy? Have you never read a book featuring vampires where the reaction to the scent of blood is one of intense, primal craving that often triggers a loss of control and physical transformation?

I don't think I have ever read a book where vampires go crazy because someone is menstruating, have you?

Iirc isn't that just an old joke where a vampire enters on a bar, orders a cup of hot water, thus plugs in a sanitary napkin to make himself a tea?

Where do you find a bar that serves hot water?

Even if it did, why go to a bar and pay for hot water when you can get it at home several times cheaper (unless you live somewhere with no access to reasonably clean water at all)?
