Yes. Dictionary text increase, Increase Book details synopsis area, Un-force user font in kepub.

Unify Font Sizes failed on generating, but I don't use epubs much anyways.

In the other patches, the software that does the patching had to be updated. So until the part of this software that does the patching is updated to work the same way, it won't work. However, you can use the regular patches. Not all work. But most will. Here is the URL for the other patches.

When there are "official" patches again, I guess. I think some of the unofficial ones still don't work.

One thing that KoboPatchFan has not yet fixed is the patching software. That had to be updated. Yes, some of the patches don't work. But most do.

Well, KoboPatchFan just downloads the newest official patches from Pgaskins release page. It does not contain any patcher itself. I could make a separate download for the patcher and merge it with the patch data, but it would still be outdated.

However, I've thought about this. What we could do: We/I could create a new GitHub repository with a release collection of your "Unofficial Patches" that you and others shared here. Just uploading the full .zip files there. I could then update KoboPatchFan to download your unofficial patches from this unofficial release page instead of Pgaskins page.

That seems like a good solution to me until Pgaskin releases new official patches. What do you think about that?

You'd have to configure to download one of three different sets of patches. Also, not all of the patches work. So you'd have to have configure it to ignore any of the patches that are marked as # Does not work (in kobopatch.yaml) as those are the ones we know do not work. There could be others/ Also, if KoboPatchFan will need to use kobopatch.yaml, as that's now where all the yes/no goes.

Can you handle all of that?

The patches should have the same format as the official patches, so that I don't have to rewrite things unnecessarily. That means, by default kobopatch.yaml should be empty. KPF handels Yes/No in the specific patch yamls and uses kobopatch.yaml just for an user-specific "backup" config (I would have to write a routine to automatically delete the overwrites in kobopatch.yaml if you want to keep it that way)

The "Does not work" is a good idea and should be in the specific yaml patch files, maybe simply as the first line in the description field?

For new patch yamls like nickel_custom.yaml and cloud_sync.yaml, I could add support.

Sorry, but I'm not changing back to having kobopatch.yaml empty. For those who use those patches, this is much easier when a newer firmware is released. It means no having to redo all the yes/no. It's already done. The only time things have to be changed is when any of the patches used for the previous firmware no longer works.

Thing is, once you do the changes needed for the way koboatch.yaml is now, that's it done. You could just use another file for the backup like kobopatch.yaml.bak.

Any solution that allows me to patch the device using your tool, instead of having to do it myself manually, is a good solution for me

Sorry, but that won't work. KoboPatchFabn will not work. You'll need to use the patches.

KoboPatchFan is working even with the latest firmware despite all the known limitations of patching it with 4.38.21908

Any solution that makes KoboPatchFan download the latest patches and reduce those limitations is good enough for me.
