I might get a couple short stories finished between now and the end of the year, but I suspect I'm done with all the novels I will get to. I've done better this year than since 2019, but still not anywhere near what I used to do.

That did it. One of them had no finish date entered; I tried to do it on my Goodreads app first, and it wouldn't let me, so I intended to go onto the desktop site and enter it but forgot. Now resolved and all correct. Thanks.

I won't get any more books done today, so thought I would post my final for 2025. Met 2 of my main 3 goals. The TBR went up horribly.

2025 Goals

60 books: 60 <-- met goal
20,000 pages: 20,425 <-- met goal
4 books over 600 pages: 2 <-failed goal

TBR Down 10 for each category: <---all failed
Ebooks: +134
Audiobooks: +100
Magazines: 4

I have to report utter failure for 2025. Rather than reducing my TBR, I increased it by 55!

My goal for 2026 to to get my TBR below what it was at the start of 2025. That is, a reduction of 56 or more!

I shall try to be ruthless about not buying books.
