[Plugin] Highlight Import @ Koreader

Hello,

I created a plugin for Koreader allowing to import highlights from kindle's My Clippings file.



Current Features:

• Parses Kindle's "My Clippings.txt" format
• Automatically matches and imports highlights based on text search
• Supports multi-line highlights

Known Limitations:

• Currently requires exact text matching (different editions or formatting may cause misses)
• Users need to scroll through the book first to preload content into memory
• Only supports Kindle's My Clippings format at the moment

Feedback:
Since this is the first time I make plugin in general I would be grateful if you could give me the feedback. Specifically I'm interested in what shall I focus to.

• better search algorithm (handle text variations between editions)
• support more formats to import
• improve user interface / experience (progress indicators, preview before import, batch processing
• Feature you suggest

Got some traffic on Github repo and decided to keep developing this annotation import plugin. For your information, version 1.1 was just released today

New features

• Annotation list and single annotation preview views
• Support KoReader produced My Clippings.txt (menu->tools->export highlights->choose formats->check MyClippings
• Fixed bug of the need to scroll document before import
• status display of import process
