No options for Note Air 4C - Page 2

invoking su in adb shell has it hang but invokes nothing from magisk on device . I tired every which way to turn off battery optimization

Personally I'd like root for that and other additional things.

Sorry, no more ideas here.

I would try that APatch method which others (but with different device) on github says it works. But you said it does not work too.

Okay when i deleted GMS from my system, its allowing me SU through adb shell but magisk continues to refuse to open.

It would appear that both magisk and APatch are currently dealing with their own set of problems that are effecting boox (and others)

Here's Apatch unlimited super user issue I have

They both seemingly have to do with the kernel so I think to fix this i'd need for a fix to be pushed to magisk or Apatch or for some brave soul to create a custom kernel with one of the fixes I'm predicting in the Apatch thread.

Both root methods have root in shell via adb and have whoami running fine.
Also apps are showing that I have a unlocked bootloader
