I made the list by skimming libnickel, so I'm not 100% sure, but there is definitely a case where dictionaries aren't synced in sideloaded mode where they would be otherwise.

Didn't track down exactly which settings are hidden (there are at least 8 of them though), since that would require mapping out the class fields.
