If you look at your original message, you'll see an edit from me "Request to enable PMs done." That request was fulfilled 2025-Dec-20 at 23:13. At the time, I sent that batch of PMs, you were still waiting for PMs to be enabled.

As to how and why PMs enablement is needed for some new posters? I'm not sure if anyone still knows exactly what the algorithm is.
