Hi y'all, I'm still stuck with a blank screen on my Kobo Clara 2e, even after providing it with a new 32Gb microsd with the image our indefatigable DNSB sent me.

The Clara 2e bricked after a corrupted Kepub transfer from Calibre, it showed a persistent blank screen wiht the led light slowly blinking continuously and it was unresponsive to the power button; so I pried it open, removed the battery connection adn substituted the microsd, but now it won't show any sign of life.

Is there a way to access the internal memory and try to restore some (possibly) corrupted part of firmware? I'm quite comfortable with soldering and tinkering about.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi all,
i just format the uSD card from kobo clara hd and now the ereader can not load to the main screen.
The power light is off when long pressing.
I swap the uSD from another Kobo clara HD, and it works well.
I would like to ask the kok image that have the whole partitions as factory.

Hi all,

I would like the firmware image for a Kobo N418 Libra 2, please. I'm not sure how to find the hardware version number, but the internal case is stamped 2022.08.09, if that helps.

My (not very old!) Kobo Libra 2 developed an error message, and I attempted to reboot it to see if that would help. Unfortunately, it got stuck in a boot loop and research suggested that this was due to a corrupted micro sd. I successfully removed the sd and confirmed that it was dead - unreadable and unwriteable. I've got a replacement sd so now need an image to try with it.

Many thanks to anyone who's able to help me rescue my kobo!
