App Launcher Plugin for KOReader

This is an alternative top menu to categorize plugin menu items as you wish. Using this plugin doesn't change the behaviour of the existing top menu.

• Assign a gesture to trigger the launcher quickly
  
• Create top menu items (with icons) and add plugin menu items in them
  
• To use your custom icons, place them into the koreader/icons folder
